Kathrine Kragh Jeppesen

Kathrine Kragh Jeppesen is a corporate legal counsel and attorney-at-law with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving at FLSmidth since August 2022, Kathrine previously held positions at Horten Advokatpartnerselskab, including attorney and assistant attorney in corporate/M&A law. Other notable roles include a legal trainee at Johnson & Johnson's Janssen Supply Chain and project-based contract attorney at Quinn Emanuel. Kathrine's foundational legal experience includes student assistant roles at Horten Advokatpartnerselskab and DI - Dansk Industri.
