Konstantin Kaysers

Konstantin Kaysers currently serves as the Head of Global Proposals at FLSmidth since May 2023. Prior to this role, Konstantin held several key positions at ThyssenKrupp Industrial Solutions AG from March 2013 to April 2023, including Head of Contract and Claim Management, Head of Project Risk Controlling, Head of Sales, and Senior Counsel. Konstantin also served as Head of Contract Management at ThyssenKrupp Fördertechnik GmbH from December 2009 to February 2013 and worked as a Rechtsanwalt at Dr. Reichmann Abogados from March 2007 to November 2009. Konstantin holds a Staatsexamen in Law from The University of Freiburg and a Master's degree in European Studies from Universidad La Coruña.
