Leif Gundtoft

Leif Gundtoft is an employee-elected member at FLSmidth. Leif was previously a Sr. Process Engineer at F.L.Smidth from July 2004 to December 2017. Leif was responsible for the design of process equipment for cement plants. Leif then became a Process Manager at Lafarge North America from July 2000 to June 2004. Leif was responsible for the process at the Whitehall Cement plant in Pennsylvania, USA. Leif then returned to F.L.Smidth as a Senior Process Engineer from February 1986 to June 2000. Leif was responsible for the design and implementation of calculation software for the design of process equipment for cement plants.

Leif Gundtoft has a master's degree in chemical engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU), as well as individual courses on masters level in business administration and management from Copenhagen Business School.
