Mukesh Kumar Uchaval

Mukesh Kumar Uchaval is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in cement process and commissioning advisory services. Currently serving as Senior Commissioning Manager at FLSmidth since February 2008, Mukesh has provided engineering consulting on both national and international projects, also holding positions as Commissioning Manager in the United States, South America, India, and Denmark. Mukesh's leadership skills were further developed during the tenure as Class Representative for the Executive MBA Program at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade from October 2021 to September 2023, where coordination and leadership of a diverse cohort of 36 executives were achieved. Prior experience includes a role as Process Engineer in R&D at the National Council for Cement & Building Materials from July 2005 to January 2008. Mukesh holds an Executive MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, a PhD from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management focused on International Business and Sustainability, an MBA from Jiwaji University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the same university.
