Prathima Adluri is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership business partnering and human resources across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Leadership Business Partnering for Products and PCV Business Lines at FLSmidth, Prathima collaborates with CXOs and leaders to enhance organizational capabilities and drive innovation. Prior roles at FLSmidth include Head of HR for the Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East & South Asia region, as well as numerous senior HR positions. With prior experience at Citi as an Assistant Vice President of HR focusing on talent and diversity agendas, and a seven-year tenure at Ford Motor Company as the HR Business Partner Lead, Prathima has successfully led organizational change initiatives and talent development. Prathima's career began with roles at CRISIL and Ranstad, emphasizing recruitment and talent acquisition. Prathima holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Anna University Chennai and an MBA in HR from Bharathidasan Institute of Management Tiruchirapalli.
