Austin Waidley began their work experience at Clarks Discount Auto Parts in September 2015, where they served as a Sales Manager until May 2022. In February 2022, they joined Flueid as a Business Development/Finance Admin Support.

Austin Waidley attended Boise State University from 2019 to 2023, where they pursued a degree in Economic Analytics with a focus on Excel.
