Shawn Noble

Shawn Noble is a seasoned professional in the fields of customer success and operations management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Fluence Analytics since November 2018, overseeing customer interactions and product development for the Automated Continuous Online Monitoring of Polymer reactions (ACOMP) unit. Previously, Shawn held the position of VP of Operations at General Biodiesel Northwest from February 2014 to September 2018, managing operations for a biodiesel production facility, and also worked as Director of Operations at General Biodiesel Seattle from March 2010 to January 2014, where responsibilities included engineering and process improvements. Early in the career, Shawn served in various roles at Micron Technology, including Dry Etch Project Manager and Lead Engineer, focusing on quality control and process engineering within semiconductor manufacturing. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Idaho, earned between 2001 and 2006.
