Carmen Kompatscher

Carmen Kompatscher is a growth management professional with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as Growth Manager at Fluence since July 2022, Carmen has progressed through various roles including Senior Growth Associate and Growth Associate. Prior to this, Carmen worked at Trina Solar as a Product Management Associate for Trina Storage and as a Work Student in Storage. Additional experience includes Marketing & Sales work at Sungrow EMEA, content quality management at HolidayCheck AG, and marketing and CRM support at PRINOTH. Carmen's academic background includes a Master of Arts in International Management Asia from HTWG Hochschule Konstanz and a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Culture & Economy from the University of Hamburg. Carmen also participated in a Chinese language program at East China Normal University.
