Jesica Ishibashi

Jesica Ishibashi worked as the Director of Human Resources at Fluence starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager of HR Technology & Programs at Pacific Gas and Electric Company from January 2007 to April 2023. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing HR technology and programs, managing vendor relationships, and implementing process improvements and technology adoption in HR delivery.

Jesica Ishibashi earned their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
