Katherine Dahlke

Katherine Dahlke is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at Fluence since April 2024, Katherine previously held key roles at Kerry, including Head of TA Americas and Global Capacity & Demand Planning Leader, where strategic workforce planning was a focal point. Additional roles include Director of Talent Acquisition at Oneida Nation Enterprises, Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Analog Devices, and Senior Director of Americas Talent Acquisition at Johnson Controls. Katherine's earlier career also encompassed consulting and leadership positions at BP, Countrywide Financial, and Charles Schwab & Co. Katherine holds a BA in English from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
