Lamyae Bennani

Lamyae Bennani, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Lamyae most recently held the position of Director HR People Operations at Fluence starting in December 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at dnata from August 2021 to December 2023. Lamyae also has extensive experience with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where they served as a Director of Services from November 2015 to August 2021, an Operations Manager/HR Coordinator from September 2012 to 2015, and started their career in 2007 as an Accounts Payable clerk.

Lamyae Bennani, MBA, holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland, completed in 2020. Prior to obtaining their Master's degree, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus between 2013 and 2017. Lamyae also holds two Associate's degrees, one in Hospitality Administration/Management from Northern Virginia Community College, earned between 2011 and 2012, and another in Hotel/Motel Administration/Management, completed between 2009 and 2011, from the same institution.
