Madina Mukhanova is a seasoned professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in sales, market analysis, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Manager and Market Manager at Fluence since January 2018, Madina has played a pivotal role in developing energy storage sales and project proposals across the Middle East and Africa. Prior to this, Madina was an Energy Storage Market Analyst at AES Energy Storage, focusing on market applications and nurturing opportunities. Madina's earlier experience includes a role as a Quality Specialist in the Project Management Department at The AES Corporation, where responsibilities included monitoring quality inspections and overseeing construction projects. Additionally, Madina contributed to the AES Performance Excellence Program by developing corporate reporting and training initiatives.
