Nakul Shaji

Nakul Shaji currently serves as the Vice President of Global Manufacturing and Sustaining Engineering at Fluence, starting in August 2025. Prior to this role, Nakul was the Head of US Manufacturing at Enphase Energy, where significant achievements included the establishment of three brownfield manufacturing sites in the US, enabling rapid production scaling that resulted in quarterly revenues exceeding $150M and profits over $40M. Previously, Nakul held various senior leadership positions at Mythic, leading hardware productization efforts, and at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, where notable successes included optimizing operations that more than doubled annual revenue and significantly improving product quality metrics. Nakul's educational background includes a PhD and a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Kerala.
