Oana Bordea is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in managing recruitment strategies across various regions in Europe. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA at Fluence and previously as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner EMEA, Oana has also held senior roles at Serco and Micro IT Global. Notable positions include Recruitment Lead at Wipro BPS for both Europe and Romania, as well as a Partner at Oxygen Consulting. Oana holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București and an undergraduate degree from Titu Maiorescu University.
