Varvara Golubeva

Varvara Golubeva has over 10 years of work experience. In 2011, they began their career as an HR Director at Flotenk, a wastewater treatment plant, where they managed a temporary staff of more than 700 employees. In 2010, they worked as an HR Administrator at Lengipromez, where they were responsible for activities related to the observance of the Russian labor legislation. In 2015, they became the Executive Director of Human Resources at Topface/Tophunt, where they were responsible for full cycle HR integration of companies acquired by Topface from initial negotiations to deal closure. In 2017, they worked as an HR Recruitment Manager at iq option europe ltd, and as a Global HRD at DRAEWIL TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. In 2018, they worked as a People Operation at Togezzer. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer and CHRO at Studyworld, where they were responsible for transforming corporate culture, developing soft-skills of top managers, and increasing team loyalty. In 2022, they began working as a People Operations Manager at Fluence Labs and as a CPO/COO at HiPoHeads.

Varvara Golubeva attended the Wallenberg Institute of Special Education and Psychology from 2008 to 2014, where they earned a Magister degree in Clinical Psychology. In 2012, they completed a Professional Pedagogical Education program at the Emperor Alexander I St. Petersburg State Transport University. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate of Management of the Railroad from the Russian Railways (ROSST).
