Michelle Arnold

Michelle Arnold has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Michelle is currently working as the Head of Talent at Fluency - Advertising Automation Platform since October 2022. Prior to this role, they served as a Talent Manager at the same company from October 2021 to October 2022. Before joining Fluency, Michelle worked as a Recruitment Consultant at both Morreale Communications and The Arc of Illinois from February 2021 to September 2021 and February 2021 to October 2021, respectively. Michelle also held the positions of Director of Recruitment and Director of Project Management at Dealer Inspire from March 2017 to December 2019 and November 2015 to March 2017, respectively. Michelle's earlier experience includes working as a Vice President at Morreale Communications from September 2008 to October 2015, where they focused on public affairs and bridging the worlds of government, community, and media. Michelle started their professional journey at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where they held the position of Vice President from July 1990 to March 2008.
