Tiffany is a User Experience Researcher at Fluent. She is passionate about designing and conducting research that supports increased and equitable accessibility to education and technology, especially for young learners and their families. No matter what type of project she is working on, she is a consistent advocate for users, particularly those who are low-income or live in underserved communities around the world.
Prior to Fluent, Tiffany worked as a researcher in educational media and technology, focusing on preK- through elementary school-aged children and the efficacy of educational media resources targeted toward them and their families. She worked with organizations such as PBS, Sesame Workshop, the LEGO Foundation, and Google. Before working as a researcher, she spent eight years as a video producer, videographer, and editor on many different types of projects, ranging from short documentaries to feature film.
Tiffany earned her Master of Education in Human Development and Psychology from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and received dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Cinema & Media Studies and East Asian Languages & Civilizations from the University of Chicago.
