Bryan Nelson has a diverse range of work experience. Bryan started their career at DISH Network as a Data Entry Specialist, where they were responsible for importing contract and reimbursement forms into long-term storage. Bryan later transitioned into developing automation tooling to streamline the process. This included integrating OCR, barcode, and direct data input into a MySQL database.

After their time at DISH Network, Bryan joined 24-7 Intouch, initially in a customer service role. Bryan then moved into a training position and eventually became involved in workforce management. In this role, they supported management in scheduling and reporting metrics for all customer service accounts in the call center. Bryan also provided limited IT support as required.
