Craig Guthery

Craig Guthery is an experienced lawyer with a strong focus on complex commercial and intellectual property litigation. Currently serving as a lawyer at Guthery Law, PLLC since July 2020, Craig advises and represents clients in various disputes, including contracts, trademarks, and regulatory issues. Craig also holds an Of Counsel position at FH+H, where advisory roles in commercial litigation and intellectual property matters continue. With a background as a Partner at FH+H and Special Counsel at Cooley LLP, Craig has extensive experience prosecuting trademarks and copyrights. Earlier in the career, Craig served as an Associate at Kaye Scholer LLP and a Law Clerk at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Craig earned a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and a Bachelor of Science from Excelsior University.
