Law Clerk + Senior Policy Advisor

Razi H. is an experienced professional with a strong background in law and foreign affairs. Currently serving as a Law Clerk and Senior Policy Advisor at Fluet since September 2025, Razi previously held various significant roles at the U.S. Department of State from January 2015 to September 2025, including Deputy Director overseeing the Office of Middle East and North Africa. Other notable positions include supporting human rights initiatives as a Legal Detailee, promoting religious freedom as a Foreign Affairs Officer in the Office of International Religious Freedom, and advising on international narcotics and law enforcement issues. Razi's earlier experience includes the Presidential Management Fellow program at FEMA and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, as well as roles in campaign outreach, legislative research, and public affairs. Razi holds a Juris Doctor degree in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School, along with a Master's in Public Policy from George Mason University and a Bachelor's in International Relations from Dickinson College.
