Estefanny Güiza Pinzon

Estefanny Güiza Pinzon has worked in various roles since 2016. Estefanny started as a Teaching Assistant of Accounting at Universidad De Los Andes Facultad de Administracion in 2016. In 2018, they took on the role of Teaching Assistant of Labor Law at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia. In 2019, they were a Research Assistant at Semillero de Investigación Francesco Galgano at Universidad de los Andes. In 2020, they were a Competitiveness and Emerging Markets Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant of an Executive Education Program: Boards of Directors at Universidad de los Andes - Colombia. Estefanny improved the experience on the first virtual cohort of the course and continued to have weekly meetings with the participants to discuss Corporate Governance, Boards of Directors, and Senior Management experiences. In 2021, they worked as a Consultant at Breakthrough. Currently, they are the CXO at Fluid Attacks.

Estefanny Güiza Pinzon is currently completing a dual degree program at the Universidad de Los Andes, pursuing a Bachelor of Management and a Bachelor of Law. Estefanny began the program in 2017 and is expected to graduate in 2021.
