Alistair DeJonge

Alistair DeJonge has over 20 years of professional experience in the software industry. Alistair began their career in 1997 as a QA Tester at Electronic Arts. In 2000, they moved to Circadence/VR-1, where they worked as a Software QA Tester. In 2004, they joined Lavalife as an IVR Tester and was promoted to Senior Tester. In 2011, they became a QA Lead Analyst at Syncapse, where they trained and mentored new hires and QA contractors. In 2012, they joined CreativeD as a QA Lead Tester and tested a Facebook app/game. In 2013, they began working at Target as an In-stocks/Backroom Team member while attending college. In 2015, they joined Mastermind Toys as a Shift Lead / Associate. Finally, in 2016, they joined Fluid Media Inc as a Project Manager/.NET Developer and later as a .NET Developer.

Alistair DeJonge obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Mohawk College between 2014 and 2016. Alistair has also obtained three certifications: Building Serverless Apps on AWS from LinkedIn in May 2022, Ruby Essential Training Part 1: The Basics from LinkedIn in February 2022, and Learn the Principles of Object-Oriented Programming in PHP from SitePoint in April 2020.
