Nicola Boshoff has worked in the professional world since 2007, starting with Automax Cars as an F&I. In 2021, they joined Fluid.work as Head of Customer Success, Head Of Client Management, and Client and Sales Support. In their role at Fluid, they have reduced complexity, improved capabilities, and improved communication across tasks, projects, work hubs, meetings, and more.

Nicola Boshoff graduated from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management and Services.
