Rene Garcia

Rene Garcia has extensive work experience in various manufacturing and facility management roles. Rene began their career in 1991 as a Maintenance and Facilities Manager at OCA Hospital/Monterrey International Research Center. Rene then worked at GE Healthcare as a Site Planning Manager from 2001 to 2002. In 2002, they became the owner of Ingeniería Electromecánica Especializada. From 2003 to 2013, they held the position of Maintenance, Engineering, Facilities & Lean Six Sigma Manager at Kemet de México. Rene then worked at Corning Optical Communications as a Maintenance, Facilities, Engineering & EHS Manager in 2014. In the same year, they also served as a Senior Operations Manager at Littelfuse. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Maintenance Facilities & Operational Excellence Manager at Fluidmaster, Inc. Following that, they became the Global Equipment & Facilities Manager at Fluidmaster in 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Plant Director at Fluidmaster, Inc, starting in 2022. Throughout their roles, Rene Garcia has demonstrated expertise in areas such as maintenance, engineering, facilities management, lean six sigma, and operational excellence.

Rene Garcia's education history includes studying at Universidad Regiomontana and obtaining a degree in Engineering Communications and Electronics from Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Rene also holds a certification in Green Belt Lean Six Sigma from BMGI.
