Misty Madrid has a wealth of experience in human resources and management roles. Misty is currently working as the Senior Director of Human Resources for North America at Fluidra North America. In this position, they are responsible for overseeing HR operations and strategy. Prior to this, Misty held various positions at Cali Bamboo, including Vice President of Human Resources, Talent & Culture. Misty also has experience as a Director of Human Resources at SKLZ, where they developed innovative people strategies to support company goals. Additionally, Misty has worked as an Office Manager in human resources at Del Mar Heritage and as an Administrative Assistant at McMahon Development Group. Their experience spans over two decades, demonstrating their expertise and dedication to the field.

Misty Madrid obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from UC San Diego in 2010-2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from UC San Diego in 2001. Misty also has an additional certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR).
