Richard Feng

Richard Feng is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM system management and application development. At Fluke Corporation since April 2014, Richard has served as Technical Delivery Manager, CRM Platform Manager, and CRM Development Lead, leading the migration to Dynamic CRM and overseeing an offshore development team. Previously, Richard held roles at Absolute Software focusing on Microsoft CRM administration and corporate SharePoint development, as well as experience in application design at CGI and backend web app development at HelloTree.com. Richard began a career in consulting with Butterfield Development Consultants, specializing in SharePoint solutions. Educational credentials include a B.Tech with Honours in Database Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
