Brittney Jenelle Laguna

Brittney Jenelle Laguna has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Brittney Jenelle began their career as a Head Server at Pub 1922, where they trained and supervised new waiters, recorded orders, and provided exceptional service to guests. In 2017, they became an Executive Assistant at Catalina Wealth Management, where they maintained and organized client files, supported client relationships and portfolios, and attended business meetings and social events. From 2014-2019, they were a Student Intern/Volunteer at Banner Health, where they promoted healthy environmental needs for recovering patients, navigated hospital systems, and developed cultural competence. During the same time period, they were also a Care Guide at Oscar Health, where they coordinated care, responded to member questions, and collaborated with operations teams. Additionally, they were a Senior Provider Relations Specialist and Provider Relations Specialist at Transparent Health Group LLC from 2019-2022. Finally, they are currently an Account Manager at Flume Health.

Brittney Jenelle Laguna has a Master of Science in Management from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, which they completed in 2019. Brittney Jenelle also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arizona, which they obtained in 2017 with a major in Public Health. In 2021, they obtained a certification as an Insurance Agent (Health, Property, Casualty) from Erucae Holdings.
