Connor Pogue

Connor Pogue serves as an Innovation Advisor at Fluor Corporation, contributing to business incubation efforts since June 2022. Previously, Connor worked in various roles at The Cannon Community from August 2021 to October 2025, including Director of Consulting and Government Relations Innovation Lead. In addition, Connor participates as a Lead Mentor for the NATO Defence Innovation Accelerator for the North Atlantic 2024 program and has volunteered as a mentor with FedTech, providing support to entrepreneurs in technology transfer projects. As a co-founder of Exosphere Fitness from 2017 to 2021, Connor aimed to innovate home exercise equipment. Additionally, Connor held the role of Entrepreneur In Residence at the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship and worked as a Sales Consultant at SpringTide Partners. Connor earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Business from Texas A&M University.
