Earl Matthew Gallardo is an Associate Design Engineer II at Fluor Corporation, involved in the DOW P2Z Project since May 2022. Prior to this role, Earl served as an Associate Design Engineer I, contributing to the Takeda Osaka Plasma Site Project, particularly focusing on the Central Utilities Building designed for seismic resistance and housing essential mechanical equipment for plasma-derived therapy production. Earl's earlier experience includes a role as a Structural Engineering Intern at Petro Jikken Inc., where Earl collaborated with the Lead Structural Engineer on structural evaluations of reinforced concrete and steel members for various existing structures, employing software such as SAP2000 and STAAD.
