John Harrower

John Harrower is a seasoned energy and chemicals executive with extensive experience in the upstream and pipelines sectors. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer and President of Upstream & Pipelines at Fluor Corporation since 2016, John oversees global operations and strategic initiatives. Previous roles include Vice President at Henkels & McCoy, Inc., where John managed the pipelines division, and Chief Operating Officer at Universal Pegasus International, responsible for onshore and offshore services. John also held senior positions at AMEC, focusing on commercial operations in the oil and gas sector, and has a strong foundation in direct construction roles from O&G Direct Construction. John holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a BA in Economics from Commonwealth University-Mansfield.
