John R. Reynolds

John R. Reynolds is executive vice president, chief legal officer and secretary of Fluor Corporation and has served in numerous roles since joining Fluor in1985.

Prior to being named chief legal officer, Mr. Reynolds served as the vice president and senior managing general counsel with lead responsibilities for the law group supporting Fluor’s Energy & Chemicals, Infrastructure, Mining, Industrial Services, Global Services (Stork, AMECO and TRS), Construction and Fabrication, and Procurement segments.

Before that, Mr. Reynolds was also responsible for enterprise risk management and managing the law group in Fluor’s Greenville, South Carolina, operations center.

Mr. Reynolds holds a Bachelor of Science degree in commerce and business administration, a Juris Doctor degree, and a Master of Business Administration degree, all from the University of Alabama. He is a member of the Alabama and South Carolina State Bar Associations.
