Construction Lead – Scm27 Project (bhp Olympic Dam)

Joshua Yoder is an experienced professional in project management and engineering, currently serving as the Area Manager at Covalent Lithium since July 2024, overseeing the NPI and Tailings Storage Facility for the Mount Holland Concentrator Expansion. Prior to this, Joshua held various roles at Fluor Corporation, including Project Manager and Program Manager for the BHP Minerals Australia Panel Contract, managing multiple projects such as the Port Debottlenecking Project. Joshua's previous experience also encompasses significant positions at BHP, RCR Tomlinson, and Fluor, where responsibilities ranged from project engineering and controls to case management for troubled youth at Northwestern Academy. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University and a Diploma in Project Management from QTC Training and Education. Active in the community, Joshua has been the President and Vice-Chairman of Wanneroo Districts Rugby Union Football Club since October 2020, focusing on club operations and community engagement.
