Michelle Copeland

Michelle Copeland has extensive legal and corporate compliance experience, currently serving as Vice President and Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer at Fluor Corporation since August 2006. Previously, Michelle held various legal positions, including Vice President - Law and Assistant General Counsel at Fluor. Prior roles include Associate positions at Winstead PC, Thelen Reid & Priest, and Watt, Tieder, Hoffar & Fitzgerald, as well as an Account Coordinator role at Lane Advertising. Michelle Copeland holds a Juris Doctor degree from The George Washington University Law School, an MBA from Houston Christian University, and a BA with honors in International Studies from Portland State University.
