Mohammad Raza

Mohammad Raza has extensive experience in various roles within the service desk and operations sectors, predominantly at Fluor Corporation and Ecolog International, with a focus on managing workflow processes and coordinating tasks across multiple departments. Currently serving as a Senior Service Desk Specialist II since August 2014, Raza leads the front office for the Maximo Management system and has designed efficient workflow processes for fifteen departments. Previous positions include Service Desk Specialist and Laborer Foreman in Bagram, Afghanistan, with responsibilities in task planning and job site management. Raza’s earlier career involved roles as a Property Specialist and Materials Control Specialist, reinforcing expertise in administrative functions and Maximo coordination. Raza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from D.A.V. college, completed in 2006.
