Noemi Guerrero

Noemi Guerrero, MEng, EIT is a seasoned professional in mechanical engineering with extensive experience in project and operational management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Manager at Fluor Corporation since August 2024, Noemi previously held the position of Project Manager at NMI Industrial Holdings, Inc., where project performance was a primary focus through collaboration with various teams. Prior roles include Assistant Project Manager and Senior Manufacturing Engineer at Clark Pacific, where Noemi engaged in risk analysis, design, and project management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mechanical Engineer at ElDorado National California, Inc., specializing in custom vehicle designs, as well as an educational role at Rancho Los Cerritos Summer Camp.
