Adam Robery

Adam Robery has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Adam'smost recent role was as the Head of Pricing & Performance at Fluro. In this position, they led the pricing and performance strategy for the company, including the development of pricing structure and machine learning capability. Before Fluro, Adam worked at Vive Bank, where they held two roles. Prior to Vive Bank, Adam worked at TSB Bank, starting as a Finance Business Partner before taking on roles such as Loans Pricing Manager and Personal Current Account Product and Strategy Manager. At TSB Bank, they demonstrated strong commercial experience, influencing senior stakeholders and identifying opportunities for income growth and cost savings. Adam began their career at Barclays Bank as a Finance Assistant before progressing to roles as a Senior Finance Assistant and Financial Analyst. Adam Robery pursued their education starting in 2003 at Swansea University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs in 2007. Following this, from 2013 to 2015, they attended The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business/Management.
