Desislava Koleva has extensive experience in customer support, currently serving as a Customer Support Team Manager at Flutter International since July 2021, after previously holding the position of Customer Support Team Lead. Prior to this role, Desislava worked at The Stars Group from August 2019 to July 2021 as a Customer Support Specialist, where foundational skills in customer service were developed.
