Amelia Nicholls

Amelia Nicholls has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as the Director of People Strategy, Analytics, and Chief of Staff at Flutter Entertainment since January 2025. Prior to this role, Amelia was the Director of Operations for Product & Technology at Flutter UK & Ireland from November 2023 to January 2025. Amelia also held the position of Global Finance & Operations Director at 2San from March 2022 to June 2023, contributing to the board and overseeing finance and operations in a global healthcare organization. From June 2020 to March 2022, Amelia directed Testing Delivery Channels for NHS Test & Trace, managing all testing operations amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief of Staff to the COO at Bó, a start-up digital bank, from October 2018 to June 2020. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey, earned between January 1999 and January 2003.
