Laurent Demba Dieme

Laurent Demba DIEME is a seasoned professional in customer experience management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at Flutterwave since September 2023. Previously, Laurent held several key positions at Wave Mobile Money from June 2018 to August 2023, including Customer Support Regional Head of Quality and Training, Head of Customer Support, and Customer Support Product Manager, overseeing operations across Sénégal, Côte d’Ivoire, Mali, Ouganda, Burkina Faso, Gambie, Bénin, and Togo. Laurent's early career included roles such as Customer Support Country Lead at CALLME (Groupe Chaka), Quality Manager for Ecobank's customer service, and commercial advisor for Money Express and SENELEC. Laurent obtained a Licence in English Language and Literature from Université Cheikh Anta Diop de Dakar from 2009 to 2013.
