Nitin Kapoor

Nitin Kapoor is currently serving as the Head of Engineering-India at Flutterwave, a company that specializes in cross-border payments solutions, since November 2022. Prior to this role, Nitin held key engineering leadership positions at VMware as Director of Engineering, Oracle as Director, and Amazon in various managerial roles, including Software Development Manager and Senior Technical Program Manager. Nitin's extensive experience also includes significant contributions at Microsoft as a Technology Strategist, Goldman Sachs as Vice President, and multiple positions at Microsoft and TATA Consultancy Services. Nitin holds a Master of Technology (MTech) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) from the College of Technology, G.B.P.U.A&T, Pantnagar.
