Jay Lindsey

Jay Lindsey is an experienced Long Range Planner and GIS Coordinator at Fluvanna County since February 2013, specializing in comprehensive and capital investment planning, zoning and subdivision ordinance amendments, public outreach, policy research, and GIS mapping and analysis. In addition to current responsibilities, Lindsey has been a Research Assistant at Virginia Commonwealth University since January 2011 and previously served as a Planning Intern for the County of Henrico from May to September 2010. Lindsey holds an educational background from Virginia Commonwealth University, where studies were completed from 2009 to 2011.
