Orlando Cadavid

Orlando Cadavid is the White Label Operations Manager at FLUVIP. Prior to this, they worked as a Team Leader at Philip Morris International from May 2017 to February 2020, where they were responsible for developing, accompanying, and motivating a commercial team for the sale and experience of IQOS devices, with compliance group quota.

Before that, Orlando worked as a Coordinador de Eventos at Sonesta Hotels from February 2017 to July 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the hotel's food and beverage department, where based on a monthly budget, they had to meet the different requirements of corporate and/or social event customers. The accompaniment was carried out from the selection of the hall, food, drinks and requirements to third parties that the customer had.

During their time at Sonesta Hotels, Orlando was able to successfully structure the portfolio of each of the executives based on their experiences and thus be able to assign the appropriate coordinator to the client. Additionally, they were able to increase the database of customers by 12% compared to the previous year. Lastly, they gained knowledge of hotel culture by entering the marketing area (rooms / accommodation) and attending international customers.
