Robotics Path Planning Engineer at Flux Auto

Atreya Katnam has a diverse range of work experience in the robotics field. They began their career as a Robotics Intern at Verzeo in 2021, where they gained experience with IOT protocols, Arduino MCU, ROS, gazebo, and openCV. In 2019, they worked as an Industry Intern at VISAKHAPATNAM STEEL PLANT, and as a Designing and Fabrication Intern at Elite Techno Groups.

In 2022, Atreya joined MicroGenesis Techsoft Pvt. Ltd. as a Robotics Software Engineer Intern, where they worked on a DRDO project involving modules like Exploration, SLAM, and Navigation. They then joined Flux Auto in 2022 as a Robotics Simulation Engineer, focusing on developing an end-to-end Simulation Stack using ROS and gazebo. They also contributed to simulating scenarios in VTD and Simian.

Currently, Atreya is working at Flux Auto as a Robotics Path Planning Engineer from March 2023 onwards.

Atreya Katnam completed their education in a chronological order. Atreya started by attending Roots School of Essential Faculties from 2010 to 2016, where they completed their high school education. Following that, from 2016 to 2018, they studied at Sasi junior college and obtained their Intermediate degree in the MPC field of study. Continuing their education, they attended Sathyabama University from 2018 to 2022, where they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Atreya Katnam has obtained several certifications. Atreya completed the "Catia V5" certification through the Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC) in December 2020. In July 2020, they obtained the "AutoCAD" certification through Internshala. Atreya also acquired the "Robotics Essentials" certification from The University of Sheffield in December 2019. Furthermore, they completed the "Artificial Intelligence Engineer Program" by the Sathyabama Institute of Science & Technology, Chennai in November 2021. Lastly, in January 2023, they obtained the "Data Structures & Algorithms in Python" certification from Udacity. Additionally, Atreya has mentioned a "SOCC AI Certification" from Cognibot, but specific details such as the obtained month and year are not provided.
