Paula Keene

Paula Keene has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Paula started their career at IBM in 1993 as a Senior Analyst Programmer and later became a Development Manager. In 2002, they joined Electronic Data Systems as a Technical Delivery Team Lead. From 2008 to 2020, Paula worked at Loyalty New Zealand, where they held positions such as Applications Manager, Head of Architecture, and Chief Technology Officer. Currently, they are employed at Flux Federation as the Head of Engineering.

Paula Keene's education history includes several short-term courses and certifications in the field of enterprise architecture and ITIL. In 2016, they completed an Introduction to Enterprise Architecture course at TOGAF. In 2005, they attended a Root Cause Analysis and Resolve course at Kepner Tregoe. Prior to that, in 2004, they obtained their ITIL Essentials and ITIL Foundation Certification.
