The board of directors at Flux Power has a history of experience in various industries, with a focus in business and accounting. This experience gives the board a well-rounded perspective when making decisions for the company. Members of the board have experience working at Planned Parenthood, Daré Bioscience, ROTH Capital Partners, Deloitte, and E. & J. Gallo Winery. They have also spent time working in micro finance and community involvement. All members of the board have received education from either Duke University or the University of the Pacific, with some holding degrees in business, accounting, and finance.
