Chau Huynh began their career in 2020 as a Program Evaluator at ASUCD Pantry. In 2021, they moved to Adams Vegetable Oils as a Process Engineer Intern, where they supported lecithin production by creating PFDs, identifying I/O variables, and assessing areas of process improvement to develop SOPs and train operators. Chau also experimented with process setpoints and water sources to assess yield and product quality for scale-up, and conducted experiments with disc stack centrifuge and thin film evaporator to improve lecithin quality. In 2022, Huynh joined Fluxergy as a Process Engineer - Molecular.
Chau Huynh is currently studying for a Bachelor of Science in Biochemical Engineering at the University of California, Davis. Prior to this, they attended Saigon South International School.
