Michelle Huizdos

Michelle Huizdos has worked in the Human Resources field since 1998. Michelle began their career at Roland Corporation U.S. as a Human Resources Generalist and was promoted to Human Resources Manager in the same company. In 2016, they moved to ModernHR where they worked as a Benefits Manager, managing a staff of 15+ employees and administering benefits programs for over 100 clients. In 2020, they joined System One as a Human Resources Generalist and Sempra as a Claims Analyst. Currently, they are a Lead Human Resources Generalist at Fluxergy where they are responsible for managing and overseeing day to day HR activities, leading a team through large scale change and organizational development, and assisting in HR activities such as recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee relations.

Michelle Huizdos obtained their BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona between 1987 and 1990. In 1993, they received a Human Resources Certificate from UCLA Extension.
