Esa Rauhala

Esa Rauhala is an experienced business leader with a diverse background in service design and people management. Currently serving as Business Coach and Chief Integration Officer at Solita since January 2009, Esa has held various senior roles including Director of Development and Chief Human Resources Officer. As a co-founder of Palmu, Esa specializes in enhancing service business growth through innovative service design. Additional leadership roles include Chair of the Board at Fluxio Isännöinti and Specialist Partner at Vaaka Partners. Esa's previous experiences span managing director positions, board memberships, and project management in leading organizations, contributing significantly to fields such as digital services, customer insight, and service management.
