Lakshmi Bethapudi started their work experience in 2018 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist at A S HR Manpower Solutions, where they served as an event leader until May 2019. In 2019, they joined Fluxtek Solutions Inc as a Sales Recruiter and later, became a Sr. Sales Recruiter. Their responsibilities included placing suitable consultants to client requirements and utilizing platforms like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, Tech Fetch, Indeed, and conducting Boolean searches.
