Matthew Pritchard

Matthew Pritchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product management and engineering within the lighting and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Fluxwerx Illumination Inc., Matthew oversees new product development from conception to launch. Prior to this role, experience includes Senior Manager positions at Philips Lighting and Philips Ledalite, where significant contributions were made to award-winning products and substantial annual revenue. Matthew's earlier career features roles as Technical Director at ICRON Technologies Singapore, where a real-time planning system for Rolls Royce was implemented, and as a Senior Research Engineer at the Singapore Institute of Manufacturing Technology, focusing on web-based product development. Matthew holds an MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Doctor of Engineering in Business Modelling from The University of Manchester.
